Welcome to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Customer Portal. These terms explain the rules for creating and using your account. Please read them carefully before you register.
1. Accepting these terms
By registering for an account, you agree to these terms and to all laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman that apply to your use of the portal. If you do not agree, please do not register.
2. Your registration details
You must give true, complete and up-to-date information when you register, and keep it up to date afterwards. Documents you upload must be genuine and valid. The CAA may refuse, suspend or close an account if any information or document is false or misleading.
3. Account approval
The CAA reviews new registrations. Your account can be used once it has been approved. The CAA may ask you for more information or documents before approving it.
4. Keeping your account safe
You are responsible for keeping your username, password and verification codes private, and for everything done using your account. Do not share your login details with anyone.
If you think someone else has used your account, or your account is at risk:
- Log out of the portal and close all browser tabs and windows that have the portal open.
- Change your password as soon as possible, using “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
- Contact Customer Portal Support straight away at eauthoritysupport@caa.gov.om or +968 2435 4433, and tell us what happened.
5. Using the portal
You may use the portal only for lawful purposes and for dealing with the CAA. You must not:
- try to access accounts, data or parts of the portal you are not allowed to use
- upload viruses or any harmful files
- do anything that could damage, overload or interrupt the portal, or stop others from using it
6. Messages from the CAA
By registering, you agree that the CAA may contact you about your account and applications by email and SMS, using the details you gave us.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the portal, including text, images, logos and software, belongs to the CAA or its content providers and is protected by law. You may not copy, share or change any content without the CAA’s written permission.
8. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. The CAA Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
9. Limitation of liability
The CAA works to keep the portal available and accurate, but does not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. To the extent allowed by law, the CAA is not responsible for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, the portal.
10. Changes to these terms
The CAA may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be shown on this page, with the date it was last updated. If you continue to use the portal after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
